About this event

The Saskatchewan Online Creators Association is pleased to host our first quadrimester MeetUp Experience of 2024! Join us at Birmingham's Vodka & Ale House for a social event packed with games, grub, and opportunities to meet fellow local creators, gamers, creatives, and community!

This MeetUp experience will feature the long awaited return of free Twitch Swag for all attendees, while supplies last. We'll also bring back our event exclusive beverages, provide games and activities, and have an opportunity to to enter and win some amazing prizes provided by our sponsors! More details will be shared on our website and in our Community Discord in the new year :)

ACCESS: This venue space is Wheelchair Accessible and our event will be primarily located on the main floor.

Agenda

1:00 AM	Meetup General Admission	All guests 19+ who have RSVPed. Anyone who has not RSVPed prior to start time will be asked to wait at the back of the line.
2:00 AM	Presentation and Q&A with Kiratze	Sit down and hear from local Influencer Relations Manager for Dead Good Media, Kiratze, who will share his journey into the industry and what he does day to day. Ask questions at the end!
2:30 AM	Creator Discussion lead by Dardanos	Join SaskOCA Director and Founder. Dardanos. who will lead a Creator Discussion between folks interested in learning from each others experiences. You MUST register to participate here: https://bit.ly/SaskOCADiscussionForm
3:45 AM	Raffle Drawings	Individual with drawn ticket or a designate must be present at time of drawing to be an eligible winner. We also request taking a picture with winners for our Sponsors and social media.
4:00 AM	MeetUp Ends	While our event will end at 10PM, attendees are welcome to stay till 11PM, at which time anyone remaining will be asked to vacate the private room space. We'll also be headed over to CoG Cyberbar for our After Party!
