✨ WHAT TO EXPECT

• FREE admission. Entry into the venue is free & there is no charge for the meeting space.

  • Thanks to LVLUpAnimeandComics & Texas Gaming Empire, gaming PCs & time on them will be free for the event!

    • Streamers who want to live stream from their channel at the PCs (gameplay) are welcome to bring their own webcams from home (no IRL streaming permitted however)

• Laid-back vibes.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

• Your RSVP 📧 Help us keep things organized! All attendees must RSVP. This includes friends, family, and +1's. You will receive an email with your RSVP confirmation and a e-ticket with a QR Code. Having this accessible will help to expedite check in.

• Business cards or other marketing collateral

• Picture ID 🪪

• Cash 💵 or credit card 💳 for the snacks, and drinks

• Smartphone 📱 or camera 📸 to snap pictures 

🏬 VENUE DETAILS:

• The venue is open to the public the day of the event, and is located inside of Rolling Oaks Mal at suite F04B. Attendees are highly encouraged to park at the front, main entrance of the mall.

  - To get to the meetup venue, enter the MAIN ENTRANCE OF ROLLING OAKS MALL and at the first opportunity to turn right, do so and head all the way down to the opposite side of the mall. It is past the Dillards on the right 

• Please support the venue! Onsite snacks 🍗 & beverages 🍺 may be purchased at attendee cost.

• Be courteous to the employees, we are their guests!

• Parking 🚗 is free we encourage everyone to park at the main entrance of the mall to be able to enter and exit the building after the rest of the mall has closed.

• Do not attend this event if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.

• If you’re feeling unwell 🤧 please stay home to rest up. We look forward to seeing you at our next event!

• 🚫 IRL streaming will not be permitted 🚫We want to create a pressure-free environment for the community. The team may designate a certain area for live streaming during some events.

• Giveaways: Attendees must RSVP & be checked in at the event to be eligible for giveaways. Each attendee may not win more than once.

Stream Texas is a not-for-profit community run organization that focuses on facilitating social events, education, and business opportunities for our streamers, as well as connecting viewers and content creators. Our mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment for casters, viewers, and business partners to collaborate and network locally.

The San Antonio chapter of Stream Texas creates events bringing together community members across the Greater San Antonio Area and beyond.
