🎒 WHAT TO BRING
- Your RSVP 📧 Help us keep things organized! All attendees must RSVP. This includes friends, family, and +1's. You will receive an email with your RSVP confirmation and a e-ticket with a QR Code. Having this accessible will help to expedite check in.
- Business cards or other marketing collateral
- Picture ID 🪪
- Cash 💵 or credit card 💳 for the snacks, and drinks
- Smartphone 📱 or camera 📸 to snap pictures
🏬 VENUE DETAILS:
- Entry into the venue is free & there is no charge for the meeting space.
- The venue is offering $2 for the first hour of gameplay on their gaming PCs!
- Please support the venue! Onsite snacks 🍗 & beverages 🍺 may be purchased at attendee cost.
- Be courteous to the employees, we are their guests!
- Parking 🚗 is free !

🚫 IRL streaming will not be permitted 🚫We want to create a pressure-free environment for the community. The team may designate a certain area for live streaming during some events.

- Stream Texas is a not-for-profit community run organization that focuses on facilitating social events, education, and business opportunities for our streamers, as well as connecting viewers and content creators. Our mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment for casters, viewers, and business partners to collaborate and network locally.
