• 18+ members (no one under 18, this includes kids)

• Anyone who’s part of or supports the streaming ecosystem

• FREE admission. Entry into the venue is free & there is no charge for the meeting space.
• Discounted computer play special for the 1st hour thanks to Tech Port Esports!

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

• Your RSVP 📧 Help us keep things organized! All attendees must RSVP. This includes friends, family, and +1's. You will receive an email with your RSVP confirmation and a e-ticket with a QR Code. Having this accessible will help to expedite check in.
• Business cards or other marketing collateral
• Picture ID 🪪
• Cash 💵 or credit card 💳 for the snacks, and drinks
• Smartphone 📱 or camera 📸 to snap pictures

• Entry into the venue is free & there is no charge for the meeting space.
• Please support the venue! Onsite snacks 🍗 & beverages 🍺 may be purchased at attendee cost.
• Be courteous to the employees, we are their guests!
• Parking 🚗 is free !

Stream Texas is a not-for-profit community run organization that focuses on facilitating social events, education, and business opportunities for our streamers, as well as connecting viewers and content creators.
