Well, it's time! 

Stack Up presents Twitch Los Angeles 2021 Post-COVID Networking Jamboree Togetherness Party (or whatever we're calling it). Signing paperwork today for the Hungarian Center (same place the February event was last year) for August 21st from 7-11PM (we'll be doing a set up and tear down an hour before and an hour after).

We are going to need volunteers for set up and tear down, door checks. You won't be stationed there the whole time; we know you're not there to work, you're there to have a good time and meet people. DM me if you're willing to put in an hour of work. I'm sure I'll think of something as a way to say thanks.

We are going to be doing booth spaces again, so if you're interested in showing off crafting wares, have a product you want to promote, or having a table promoting yourself, etc, we can work something out. If you are interested in table or booth space, email me at stephen@stackup.org. 

We will be checking vaccine cards at the door so we don't have to worry about social distancing/masks inside. It's a networking event, we're not going to be standing six feet apart. Based on the 4th of July picnic I went to this weekend, I'm pretty sure I'm going to feel like a dink doing this in late August, but I also do not want to be held responsible for someone getting sick from this event. I'd rather look like a safety conscious nerd then have someone come after me in a lawsuit because they got sick.
