• FREE admission. Entry into the venue is free & there is no charge for the meeting space, a RSVP is required.

• Laid-back vibes.

• Limited hors d'oeuvres will be served.

• No panels, speeches, or pressure, just organic connection

• Exciting giveaways from our sponsors and Twitch-branded swag

• Come-and-go friendly!

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

• Your RSVP 📧 Help us keep things organized! All attendees must RSVP. This includes friends, family, and +1's. You will receive an email with your RSVP confirmation and a e-ticket with a QR Code. Having this accessible will help to expedite check in.

• Business cards or other marketing collateral

• Picture ID 🪪

• Cash 💵 or credit card 💳 for cash bar. Mocktails and small bites will be provided!

• Smartphone 📱 or camera 📸 to snap pictures 

🏬 VENUE DETAILS:

• The venue is closed to the public the evening of the event.

• Please support the venue! Additional onsite food 🍗 & beverages 🍺 may be purchased at attendee cost.

• Be courteous to the employees, we are their guests!

• Valet parking 🚗 is available at Embassy Suites, or park at the many lots/garages nearby.

• 🚫 IRL streaming will not be permitted 🚫 We want to create a pressure-free environment for the community. The team may designate a certain area for live streaming during some events.

• Giveaways: Attendees must RSVP & be checked in at the event to be eligible for giveaways. Each attendee may not win more than once.

• Do not attend this event if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.
