FAQ

Why is there a fee this time?
Last time we had free entry, over 40 attendees no-showed on the night with another 60 on our waitlist. We hope that by charging a small fee we can encourage people to commit to attending. The entry price is used solely to fund this and future events including; venue fees, merch costs, etc.

I don't stream... can I still attend?
Of course! We welcome everyone; community members, mods, staff, industry adjacent employees.

How much does it cost, and can I bring a +1?
Entrance is priced at £9, and only those aged 18 will be admitted. Any friends or +1s you bring must also have their own ticket under their own Twitch account.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes the venue is fully accessible on all levels. If you have any accessibility concerns please inform us with at least a month's notice so that we can make appropriate accommodations. Accessibility questions should be directed to accessibility@ccm.wales including your Twitch Username.

Once I'm in am I allowed back in if I leave?
Yes of course! Once you've been allowed in you'll be given an ID badge/wristband which will allow you re-entry at any time.

Is there a smoking area?
Yes. There is a courtyard open to all attendees, where smoking is permitted. Please note that this area is not covered, however access is permitted regardless of weather.

Will there be soft drinks/alcohol available?
Yes! Drinks of all kinds are available from the bars at the venue. Certain bars will only open later in the night, but bars will be open throughout the duration of the event.

Is there food provided?
Food will be available for purchase on the night from a mobile catering van. We have yet to confirm a menu/provider for the night.

Is there a code of conduct?
Yes, all attendees will be required to follow the Twitch Events Code of Conduct, as well as agree to the Community MeetUps Event Code of Conduct and Attendee Release.

Will there be entry allowed on the door?
Entry will be available on the door, providing we do not hit our capacity before then. It is strongly recommended to pre-purchase tickets to ensure your attendance.
