FAQ

Can I buy a ticket for my friend?

Whilst the system may allow it, we will revoke multiple tickets acquired through a single account - this is due to liability and insurance purposes. Please ensure everyone in your group acquires their ticket through their own Twitch account.

I don't stream... can I still attend?

Of course! We welcome everyone; community members, mods, staff, industry adjacent employees, and anyone in-between.

How much does it cost, and can I bring a +1?

Tickets are FREE. Everyone and anyone is allowed - just make sure they sign up for their own ticket through their Twitch account.

Can I stream the event?

In order to keep the event as fun as possible for all attendees, only event staff will be able to stream the event through our official channel Twitch channel.
Vlogging is permitted by all attendees, and encouraged! Don't forget to drop a message in the Discord post-event and show us what you've made!

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is fully accessible, and has disabled facilities. If you have any questions regarding accessibility please contact elijah@ccm.wales.

Once I'm in am I allowed back in if I leave?

Yes of course! Once you've been allowed in you'll be given a wristband which will allow you re-entry at any time.

Is there a smoking area?

There is no indoor smoking area, you will need to exit the venue and return should you wish to smoke. Vaping indoors is not permitted.

Will there be soft drinks/alcohol available?

Yes! Drinks of all kinds are available from the bar at the venue. The bar will be open throughout the duration of the event.

Is there food provided?

Food can be purchased from the on-site kitchen. No outside food or drink may be consumed on the premises. There will be some food allowed, but we may not be able to cater to all allergens or intolerances.

Is there a code of conduct?

Yes, all attendees will be required to follow the Twitch Events Code of Conduct, as well as agree to the Community MeetUps Event Code of Conduct and Attendee Release. These will be printed out and placed around the venue.

Will there be entry allowed on the door?

No, our event has been fully sold out. All decisions are at the discretion of event and venue management teams.
